Our meeting facility, located in the heart of Sandton is technologically sound and fully equipped. Our International Arbitration Centre is a purpose-built facility for dispute resolution. The centre caters to arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternate conflict resolution, as well as meeting facilities.

FutureSpace International Arbitration Centre is a joint venture between Giant Leap and Investec Property. The FutureSpace IAC is situated at 96 Rivonia Road, Sandton. This incredibly central location can be found directly across the road from the Gautrain station and Sandton City, in the heart of the Sandton CBD. FutureSpace IAC comprises of various arbitration rooms.

The rooms are suitable for arbitrations, mediations, depositions, high court cases, conferences, or meetings of various sizes. Video conferencing, conference phones, projectors, and monitors are available in all the arbitration rooms. Whiteboards and flip charts are also available on request. Storage facilities are available for each of our suite offerings.
