What is an arbitration room? 

The FutureSpace International Arbitration Centre is a purpose-built facility, created for dispute resolution. The facility features a number of rooms where arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternate conflict resolution can take place. The arbitration rooms can also be used for ordinary meetings, conferences, and training. FutureSpace International Arbitration Centre is a joint venture between Giant Leap and Investec Property. The FutureSpace IAC is situated at 96 Rivonia Road, Sandton. This central location is directly across the road from the Gautrain station and Sandton City.

A range of arbitration rooms

FutureSpace offers a number of different various arbitration rooms, suitable for arbitrations, mediations, depositions, high court cases, conferences, or even meetings. Our rooms are available in a range of different sizes to suit different applications. Each room features technology including video conferencing, conference phones, projectors, and monitors. Whiteboards and flip charts are also available on request. The FutureSpace facility features high-speed fibre infrastructure for uncapped, un-contended connectivity.

We have on-site tech support, internet fall-over solutions, and a backup generator to ensure continuous connectivity, so you don’t need to worry about load-shedding disrupting your meeting. Our 200MBPS fibre internet guarantees uncapped and un-contended Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity at all times, with internet speeds suitable for video conferencing. We offer hi-tech wireless printing facilities and fully comprehensive video conferencing facilities.

Extras such as flipcharts, digital projectors, and screens or wall-mounted televisions for presentations are included in your hire fee. For anything else, we have close links with partner services who can provide the extras you need. We’re also happy to receive documents and boxes prior to the start of your hearing to be stored safely until required. National and international couriers can be booked to return files on your behalf following the completion of your case.

Serviced offices on site

FutureSpace also offers serviced offices with many advantages including switchboard management for your business, concierge services, on-site IT support, security, daily cleaning, and storage facilities. Our serviced offices can be hired for long periods of time or for only a few days. We offer stylish modern offices with all the amenities you would expect from a serviced office. Enjoy barista coffee and chilled still and sparkling filtered water. Our coffee shop and deli offers pastries, croissants, healthy breakfast choices, baguettes, and seasonal specialties at lunchtime. Our helpful concierge service can help you book a hotel or restaurant reservations, organise airport transfers, and assist with dry cleaning or tailoring.
